account suspended?

Hi I got a message saying my account was suspended for using a software to message people. I don't use a software I hire an assistant which I don't think is against TOS?How can we get my account back?

If an account gets suspended, you can send a ticket to the ibohelpdesk. From there we will send it to security to have them look at why your account was suspended.

 

The system automatically detects automated software usage.  Hiring an assistant would not cause the software to flag your account.
